RETURNS POLICY

We want you to become a valued customer and therefore will do almost anything to ensure that you can buy with confidence.

We have a full money back guarantee on any item you purchase online (unseen/untried) if garments are returned within 28 days from the date of invoice. Should you not be satisfied with the fit, feel or style of any garment you purchase from us online, we will refund or exchange the full value of the garments.  

Please note however that underwear is non-returnable.

We exchange and refund orders even if you simply change your mind. We would request our customers consider fair dealings and reciprocal goodwill in all transactions and not return goods that have been worn. (We do not classify trying on to assess the fit as being worn except in the case of underwear). Wearing the garment outside of the "house" or for an occasion is what we would consider "wearing the garment". At no point do we handle deceased estate returns. The contract was entered into with the intended wearer of the goods and no other party. For cultural reasons we do not restock these items.

The cost of return postage back to Tall Guy is the responsibility of the customer, of course we would expect the garments have not been washed, worn or damaged in any way other than to try them on. Tags and labels should be left in place where practical.

Where Tall Guy has made an error on your order or the goods are damaged in transit (don’t worry this does not happen very often) we will also pick up the return post charges*.

*Where Tall Guy is paying for return post you must obtain authorization before sending. All return parcels where Tall Guy accepts postage costs must be sent via regular Australia Post. Tall Guy will not accept charges from any other courier or postal service.

Simply return the goods with all the Labels and Tags in place to TALL GUY P.O BOX 44 Inglewood W.A. 6932.

We will bend over backwards to make sure you finally are happy with your order. Pick up the telephone and talk to us directly on 1800 810 702 .

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser's credit card or exchanged and will exclude shipping costs.

If we have made the error then we will pay the postage cost back to you. We cannot be held responsible for the incorrect selection of style or size by the customer.

If we have incorrectly filled out your order we will be entirely responsible for the return postage. If your order has been sent to a destination outside Australia, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. (Unless we have made the error) However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please be aware that it can take up to 10-14 days for the refund to appear in your account, (processing time) this also depends on the card you have used and the bank you deal with.

How long can I leave it to return an item that does not fit?

Please return all garments to Tall Guy within 4 weeks of purchase, in the original condition with all tags attached.

Was the garment purchased within 28 days?

How to return garments PURCHASED AT TALL GUY ONLINE

There will be instructions  placed in your parcel, all the required information is there. A returns form should have been packed with your garments. You can download the returns form in the menu item Return Form.

To exchange an item, simply specify the new size you require on the form follow the instructions on the form we have packed with your goods.

Items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. We may not accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.

Does the garment still have it's original swings tags, packaging and labels?
Has the garment been worn (apart from "trying it on" for fit)?
Is the garment clean?
No deceased estates. (The intended wearer)
